Like raisins, chomping down on different types of nuts stimulates saliva flow. They're hard textures can remove stains, plaque, tartar, and harmful bacteria. So basically you can go nuts eating nuts!
Mushrooms contain a compound called lentinan which prevents bacteria from growing in your mouth. Mushrooms go great with a number of dishes, you can't go wrong with mushrooms!
